UNO's Anti-Bribery/Anti-Corruption Policy
UNO prohibits anyone acting on its behalf from providing any payment or benefit, either directly or indirectly, to any person or entity in order to improperly influence government officials or to gain an unfair business advantage.
As a U.S. company, UNO pledges to comply with the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA). As a multi-national company, UNO also pledges to comply with the UK Bribery Act and all local anti-bribery and anti-corruption laws.
These anti-bribery/anti-corruption principles apply globally to all public and private business transactions involving UNO and its agents, contractors, and distributors.
